I am aware I need to call to order a new remote but I'm having trouble navigating all the options on the phone line to successfully order a new remote for my TiVo box.
Can anyone help me or is there another way to order a replacement remote?

Hi, I have tried to do this however I am having difficulty actually finding the TV faults on the automated system. I got through on call who said they would be me through and the line just went dead.
