Replacement TiVo box

Hi I received my replacement TiVo box today and it has been stuck at the preparing to connect screen in network settings for the last 20minutes Is this normal? I dont have any program information and cant access on demand.

Have you cslled in to activate your box of not phone in as soon as possible.

If you have phoned in, infortunately you willl have to phone again so they can send a signal down the line to your box.

I called in and got the initial problem solved and then had another issues where I have a blank catch up and on demand menu. 

So i called again and they said that I am having this issue because i upgraded my package today and I'm waiting on 2 V6 boxes being installed on 1st June. No idea how that could affect my on demand service on my current TiVo box.

But it was after 8pm and the customer service girl basically said super quick - theres nothing you can do but wait on your new box okay byeee.
