Please could you send a new remote through ..mine is starting to not work properly some numbers wont work when you press them .
i have been to the experiencing problem page and the link no longer is working or is down at the moment.
the helpful ( well not so much helpful) robot asked all the questions i answered and then gave me the link that doesn’t work…which I’d been to twice.
could anyone here help! Or direct me somewhere

One presumes you have changed the batteries, so whilst waiting for VM to get their A$$ into gear, try and download a remote for your mobile phone from the appropriate App store
