How do I request 2 remote controls with large buttons for my elderly relative please? I have seen that this dilemma has been raised before but it wasn't clear how to request them and I cannot spend ages waiting in a telephone queue again!
Hopefully a member of the Forum Staff will pick this up for you, however it may take a few days to a week at present as they work from the oldest post.

Hi, yeah you can do if your a customer but I just googled for a customer service number. I hope you get through to someone who understands the issue the first time we tried to get one they said they didn’t do them only found out via this forum.
