Remote control and volume control

Hi, I've just bought a new Samsung TV but when I'm watching Virgin through my Tivo box, the Virgin remote control won't control the volume or mute features but will do the rest. I then have to put that down and use my new Samsung remote to adjust the volume, which is annoying. If I pair the Virgin remote with the new Samsung TV, will the Samsung remote still work, does anyone know? Thanks.

Hi @Gregsy1

The VM remote won't affect the Samsung remote so you are safe to pair it with the new TV.

Hi, Thanks. That worked. I can even turn the tv off with the virgin remote. Although, I can't turn it on with it but that's OK.
