Red button not working on sky sports

Hi, I can't get my red button to work on the Sky  golf channel. It looks like it's opening up as it comes up with the sky sports golf graphic but turn it just comes up the channel is unavailable. This happens all the time, is this a known issue?

Sorry you have had to chase up the Red button issue on Sky Golf.

Can I please ask if you were able to use it since your post?

We were not made aware of any errors at all from other viewers.
