Red Lights on Box

There’s two constant red lights on my TiVo box, one is a WiFi icon and the other two arrows. Any ideas what they are? The box seems to be working fine except when trying to use on demand

That means its not connected to your internet

Welcome to forums and I hope you enjoy our community. Thank you for your post 🙂

 

We normally advise to have your box connected with a wired connection. If this is not a possibility don't worry its just something we recommend for the best connection. 

 

To connect your TiVo to wifi :

 

ON your remote press the MENU button >Scroll to the settings icon, then navigate up until you see home network settings.> Click the OK button > Choose to set up your home network > Then select join network.

 

If you are still having issues with this or if you would like to set up your box with a wired connection let us know and we can certainly help you with this.
