Recently noticed most of my recorded programmes start freezing at several points throughout the recording. Can’t fast forward or rewind. I have to stop the playback then restart to get the programme to move on to the next segment...then it freezes again. Frustrating. Called VM support twice just now and got hung up on both times. Not very customer friendly or supportive. I had just told the support person that last time this happened, I was advised to get a new box...that did the trick back then, so I imagine the same will apply...however, as I was hung up on, I won’t know till I call back and wait for another 10 minutes to speak to someone...maybe tomorrow.
