Hi, my 2nd Virgin box hasn’t been in use for over a year - I am still paying for the 2nd box and now want to re-use it. I have tried to connect it and I can get channels, but no TV guide. When I try and click on the guide the message says ‘the TiVo box has not connected successful in more than 30 days. Until the box connects successful no programmes will be recorded, software updates will not be available and any premium service will be interrupted’
can anyone help me with how to fix this?

You will need to ring customer services & get the box re-activated. If it’s disconnected for more than a month it will drop off the system.
