I know most people are quick to complain so I thought it only fair to put up when Virgin give good service.
I rang up as my current contract ended this week and spoke a young Welsh lady, Sophie, in the leaving section.
I explained what I had and wanted to know what deals I could or could not get.
She checked what I currently had what if anything wanted changing and then came back with a deal that is as good as the last one I had. I also explained my current router was playing up and she has sorted that as well.
