This is going to sound a bit cliche but have you tried to restart your box as sometimes this can be successful in clearing issues similar to this.
If you could try to clear the cache of your V6 box following the steps below
Home>Thumbs down>Thumbs up>Play>Play>Play
If you've already tried to reboot and clearing the cache hasn't worked and it hasn't worked, please could you advise if this issue happens for all the channels or just the Sky channels? Is it certain programmes that do this also?
