Every time I use Hayu or Netflix...it keeps kicking me out!Its driving me insane!!Anyone know why this is happening?

I'd just like to check whether the app is closing or freezing?
Are there any error messages?
I'd recommend rebooting your superhub and Virgin box by the mains to see whether this keeps happening.
