Got confirmation email of order (Powerline order (KMM41722458V99429L0KM)) saying It should now be with you in January instead of December.
Still nothing has arrived

Just received e-mail saying
Your clever little Powerline kit costs £42 (which includes £7 for postage), and we’ll add this to your next Virgin Media bill.
This is supposed to be a free issue.
I am not paying for this and don't expect to see it on my next bill.
