Phoned Virgin, told that Powerline had been despatched and was in transit with Yodel. But when I checked tracking on Yodel, it stated that it is out for delivery 1st Dec 2018. No further tracking info on this site. I informed a Virgin about this and they say that they are investigating. I am still waiting a reply from Virgin. Tried online chat with Yodel but no joy with them, they cut me off. Hopefully someone at Virgin will read this, but I won't hold my breath!!!'
Yodel chatline operator stated that I wasn't the recipient named on the package that I was enquiring about. Even though the tracking details were on the 3 emails they sent to me. She told me that the package was from Virgin and to contact you regarding the package. Then she said there was nothing more she could do for me and hung up.
