I’m suffering from an unwatchable signal on quite a few channels and I’m wondering what I might be able to check in regards to this. I’ve run a system test and it says everything is fine, I’ve rebooted the box and checked all wires are connected securely.
This only seems to affect certain channels, in particular Sky Sports. This also affects any recordings that I make despite the channels being unaffected at the time.
Hi it sounds like a signal level issue phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check the levels while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and adjust the signal levels.Regards Micky
