Hi you have a signal level issue phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check the levels while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and adjust the signal levels.Regards Micky
Thanks for your reply. I went down that route and it was dismissed as a broadcaster issue. What I did notice however is that on my second V6 box upstairs, the issue (same channel) wasn't there? Any suggestions? I tried changing the Video format down to 1080p on my TV downstairs but they didn't have any affect.
