I am very unhappy with my broadband service and will be leaving virgin to go to sky. That is if I can ever get through to virgin media.... been on hold for 15 mins and have now given up! Customer service is appalling

I am sorry to hear of the experience that you've had. This isn't something we wish any of our customers to feel.
Since your post, has anything changed? Or been resolved?
No, we still have poor quality WiFi and regularly lose connection and despite contacting virgin via email telephone and on this feed I still have yet to speak to anyone. Very unhappy
