The picture pixielates on some ITV channels particularly if sports are being shown. Engineer called out but issue remains. Have done the usual tests. Any ideas/ suggestions welcome.

Pixellation usually means a signal fault, but you've not said what the "usual tests" are - can you be more specific?

What did the tech do last time? Was the fault cleared when they left?

You certainly need to report the repeat/unresolved fault to VM to get another tech out.

Sorry to hear you've been having some problems with the picture.

I've tried running through some diagnostics from our side, if you're still experiencing this issue can you please ensure the box is switched on so I can continue testing 🙂
