We have had pixelation for weeks now, tv unwatchable in the evenings, also had big problems with wifi and internet, that however seems ok now. All cables in home changed, new router and new tivo V6 box fitted, picture still no good. This happened during world cup last year, now  while  world snooker is on, Seriously peed off with virgins explanations and yet again a 5 day wait for an engineer to sort it out. Time to get rid of virgin and try another supplier. No compensation given for lack of service last time either.Long time customer paying a lot of money .Very poor service.
