Pixellation

How do I report pixellation on my TV? I have tried rebooting, but I am still getting heavily pixellation. Is there a number I can call?

Hi I have reported the fault several times now and my box has been reset remotely, but I still have heavy pixellation. I suspect I need a new box as this is several years old now.

 

Please can I schedule an appointment with an engineer?

Hi as it's a signal level issue it can't be done remotely an engineer has to come to you and ajust it at the head end & in your premises, phone again and be polite but insistent that an engineer attends.Regards Micky

Whenever I call it seems there is only one option which is to reset remotely. I am not being given the option to speak to a human!
