How do I report pixellation on my TV? I have tried rebooting, but I am still getting heavily pixellation. Is there a number I can call?

Hi I have reported the fault several times now and my box has been reset remotely, but I still have heavy pixellation. I suspect I need a new box as this is several years old now.
Please can I schedule an appointment with an engineer?
Whenever I call it seems there is only one option which is to reset remotely. I am not being given the option to speak to a human!
