I am in the Wigan area & since yesterday all channels on all 3 virgin boxes I have are pixelated thereby not allowing me to watch any television programs. Rang Virgin media to be told problem has existed since 23/04 & earliest estimate for it to be fixed is 30/04. Allegedly it’s being caused by vibrations on the cabling!!!! Not impressed with Virgin at the moment & been with them for 20 yrs.
In the Norwich area (22) and for weeks have been suffering from glitches on Sky 1 HD. Last couple of nights also noticed on BBC4HD. Around 10pm last night and 9.30pm this evening. This is on both live TV and recordings. Strangely, this is only on one of my Tivo boxes. Have been stood in a position in the house where I could see the screens linked to each of my Tivo boxes and only one is suffering the issue.
Did speak to tech support Thursday around 4pm where some settings were allegedly altered but fault still exists.
