Awful pixellation today 1st Sept 2019 getting really fed up with this happening as paying Virgin an extortionate amount to not enjoy watching TV is wearing thin - so thin that we are looking at aternatives
Most pixelisation is caused by signal issues affecting your own connection only, & individual connections are not monitored. Call 150 &VM will investigate.
PS. Billing area codes dont provide a good guide to your location. Area 31 is ex-NTL franchises, so you could be in Brighton, Swindon, Reading, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire or Coventry, to name a few of them.
