For quite a while now we have been experiencing varying degrees of pixelation. It doesn't relate to particular channels. The service status says there is nothing wrong (though when we try to run a test from the website for our equipment, it says that the page is broken 😞 ). When I have mentioned it to customer services in the past, they can't explain it. It's getting to the point where we are thinking of switching to another provider, something we'd rather not do as we have been a customer from start.
