Pixelation, loss of sound, picture breaking up

Hello

 

Is anyone having similar problems within Area 30?(Leicester)

I have spent almost 2 very painful hours on the live chat, and am currently holding on (20 mins) to speak to someone!

Having same pixelation problems in area 30, 4 hours now!!!

I live in Edinburgh and am having the same problems although ours has been ongoing for about two weeks on and off.

Keepsaying it is a network problema nd texting me to say it is fixed when it isn't.

They then say text "help" if any further issue which I did and then they apolgise and do nothing other than say call 150.

Shocking service allround.

Is this issue continuing? 

 

If so can you check that the cables, splitter and wall socket are secure. Is the set top box well ventilated? 

 

After checking this can you please go to Home, Help and settings, Settings and Video output?

 

Is there then a number next to 'Video Output Format'?

Has there been any improvement since your post at all? 

 

If not can we ask that the cables, splitter and wall socket are all secure. It's also important that the box is well ventilated.

 

After this are you able to go to Home, Help and settings, Settings and Video output?

 

Can you also let us know what number is displayed next to 'Video Output Format' please?
