I am having problems with the picture pixilating and the programmes stopping then starting when watching live tv. I have 2 boxes but it is only happening on one of them.

Can someone help and look into this.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having issues with pixelation on one of your set top boxes, and also apologies for the delay in reaching your post. 

I've run some testing on your two boxes, and can see no reason for this issue - as it's been some time since your post, are you still experiencing this fault?
