Pixelating

I am experiencing terrible picture quality, checked all connections and they are ok, phoned 150 and box was reset, still no improvement. Tried phoning to get engineer out but on hold forever....can I arrange for an engineer to attend via virgin media community?

The forum team will probably pick the thread up in anything from a few hours to a few days.

The telephone call queues will almost certainly be quicker. I guess it depends how much you want the problem fixed vs how much "Virgin FM" you can take...
