Pixelaltion and On Demand C130 error

I have a Tivo (not the V6, they are working fine) - the channels are pixellating for over a week now, and also constantly getting C130 error.  Have restarted equipment and run diagnostics numerous times...on demand will start and then 10 mins into a movie, it will say cannot play.

I also had issues with it telling me to check the internet connection which I have done.

Any suggestions ?
