Our TV channels are constantly pixallating we have a V6 box and tried rebooting and switching off and on but no joy. We're paying good money for a service that's Not up to scratch guys. How about getting something sorted to enhance our customer experience! We've joined this community to see if our feedback makes any difference and to see how long it takes to have an engineer out to give us some hope! If mobile phones can work ok why not these VM boxes! Please help!!
Constant pixelating on had channels although all the main ones such as BBC and ITV seem fine. Completely unable to watch golf on 505. Have run ‘test’ but that says there is no problem. Is this a widespread issue?
Widespread in the sense that network equipment in street cabs could be overheating and causing issues for a few (possibly, literally, a few or single) customers, then yes. Repeat in every street serviced by Virgin nationally.
