Pixallation on recordings

For a year now and dozens of engineers we still have this problem the engineer today said it wasn’t the box but everything that can be changed has over the last year I’m now at the point of just cancelling as it’s not fit for purpose but reading on the forum people who have had the box changed no longer have this problem any help would be appreciated

Re: Pixallation on recordings

If it's only happening on recordings and not live TV then you have a hard disk fault. Unusual for them not to try and change the box even to see if it solves the problem.

Phone and speak with retentions and advise you'll leave if it's not fixed.

Re: Pixallation on recordings

Hi Ndb22,

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear this.

Just to confirm have you had chance to speak with a member of the team?

If not I am happy to PM you and look into this.
