Picture has been pixelating for about 5 days now (area 26) tried ringing customer services but kept on hold for 45 mins. Any idea how I can resolve this? I've tried 're booting the system

I've been unable to identify any problems looking at the backend of your services. Have you managed to speak with our tech support team since your post? Has this problem been resolved?
If not, could you please confirm whether this affects live TV, on demand content, or both? How about recordings?
