Parental PIN not working.

We are trying to watch some food programmes which were recorsed after the watershed. The TiVo box asks for the PIN, we put the correct pin in and the buffer symbol comes up and the tells us the pin is incorrect. We are definitely using the correct PIN. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi @KatieU 

Are you watching the recording on your set top box or via the app.

The default pin for a VM set top box is 1234 unless you've changed it.

The default pin for the apps is 0000

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you had whilst trying to watch your programmes, have you been able to watch the shows with the pin numbers provided by @newapollo?
