Packet Loss

I have latency and significant packet loss:

--- zendesk.com ping statistics ---
149 packets transmitted, 140 packets received, 6.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 95.342/426.513/1481.829/436.319 ms

--- google.com ping statistics ---
162 packets transmitted, 159 packets received, 1.9% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 12.847/413.278/1734.469/499.637 ms

I called and was told that this is normal by your tech team.  Now I'm a Technical support engineer myself and I know that having this much packet loss is not normal.  Doesn't matter if its wifi or wired.  Should I be choosing a different provider or will someone knowledgebale take a look into this?

Re: Packet Loss

HERE

Run it for say 24 hrs, and post the result.

Dont forget youll need to make sure your super hub is configured to reply to ICMP echo requests...

If you've HUB3 it will respond to ICMP by default
