--- google.com ping statistics --- 162 packets transmitted, 159 packets received, 1.9% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 12.847/413.278/1734.469/499.637 ms
I called and was told that this is normal by your tech team. Now I'm a Technical support engineer myself and I know that having this much packet loss is not normal. Doesn't matter if its wifi or wired. Should I be choosing a different provider or will someone knowledgebale take a look into this?
