Please somebody from virgin look into my account attached to this email and RESPOND as to why I have been charged double and when I will be refunded and compensated. Have now spent at least 4-5 hours trying to sort this out through various methods to get in touch but TO NO AVAIL.
I have had two bills. After a ridiculous 1 hour 20minutes on phone to virgin I was assured the double monthly charge was a mistake and I would be refunded and compensated. BUT I have heard nothing and am still being charged double.
