It was ok all  day yesterday but now my Tv has just gone blank again and says no service.

"No service" isn't an error message generated by a TiVo or V6 box. There's a few error codes I'd associate with a loss of TV service, but this isn't one of them.

You can check for known area faults anytime using the automated status line - 0800 5610061

Can you please confirm if the issues you've been experiencing are still present?

If so, can you confirm if there is an error code showing on the screen at all?
