Hi everyone I received a new Tivo Box last month to replace one of my boxes, but since installing it, the other box I own won't work (I have one in my living room and one in my bedroom). I've called a few times and (when I don't get cut off after waiting 40 minutes) no one seems to understand my issue! They keep trying to put me through to a technical team when i say it's not working - but the issue is that when I turn it on it asks for the upgrade details. It happened as soon as we plugged the new box in so they are clearly connected! Can somebody tell me whether they've had this problem? Thanks!
