On Demand is not working

Since the turn of the year my on demand service has not been working properly. Most of the time I have a C130 message, network cable unplugged and it cannot connect to the network. When it does start working it usually cuts out in the middle of a show.

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to learn that you're having problems with On Demand.
