On Demand buffering/freezing on V6 boxes and my devices

The last few days I have been trying to watch On Demand on my two V6 boxes, tablets and phone with no success - buffers and freezes several times during a programme I am trying to watch. I have restarted both V6 boxes and my router but still no success. The fault remains. I have run a test on my broadband and TV but it does not pick up a fault. I can stream TV programmes from iPlayer, Channel 4, YouTube with my tablet using the providers apps with no problem so it doesn't seem to be a broadband issue Any advice?

Hi Jessie143,

 

What connection type are you currently using for your V6 boxes? Ethernet cables or WiFi connections? Does the Network Diagnostic option in the network settings of the V6 not detect any errors for you?
