On Demand and Catch Up

Is there a problem with in demand service, had a message on these services past few days saying that they are temporarily unavailable???? Have run diagnostic check and rebooted box, still getting fault message

All fine for me, and no evidence of large volumes of posts reporting anything similar, so best to assume the fault is local to your box.

As frustrating as the experience could be, call it into faults and see what they say. It's quite possible that VM don't know about it.

Or the forum team might pick this up in a few days.
