Why have I lost access to Sky Movies On Demand and also Catch Up channels? Message reads 'Upgrade to Watch' I've not changed my package

Take a read of the thread linked below, and try the suggestions in it. Please post back with the outcome - if you have a TiVo rather than a V6, ignore the suggestion to reboot your internet, that's irrelevant on a TiVo.

Many thanks. It's all sorted now. I called tech support & they fixed it.
