Occasional pixallation

Hi

I own your older Samsung tivo model receiver.

My grand parents use it frequently.

They are getting occasional pixallation on their channels. But it doesn't happen all the time. Thankfully 😎. I did have a technician visit back on Wednesday. As your over phone tv tech team ran a test back on Saturday and it reported a hardware fault. Anyway a technician came out and couldn't find anything wrong with it. He did signal tests. Said signals were fine. So connected a new hdmi lead. Anyway it doesn't pixallate all time.

Re: Occasional pixallation

Hello Johnny1983

Thank you for posting on our community forum pages.

We are sorry to hear of the picture quality issues.

On the visit we assume that our engineer checked that all the cables and the wall socket and splitter are secure?

Re: Occasional pixallation

Hi David

Yep the technician checked all signals which were all as should be 😁

He then checked all cables were tight. He even connected a brand new hdmi lead. Anyway I used the tv today. Their doesn't seem to be any pixallation on channels at moment 😊. Will monitor it and see how it goes 😁
