Nothing on

No tv no broadband everything off including TiVo box..What's happening AGAIN.

Do you have any other connection or device, to either check the service status page (https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status), or failing that - what did faults-CS say when you called them?

I presume you have called into report loss of service?
