We have lost subtitles on all channels. The TiVo box settings advised that they are switched on? Has anyone else experienced this and if so were you able to resolve it? Thanks
Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you've been experiencing with your service recently.
Are you able to reboot the set top box? If you're still experiencing issues. I've run some tests on the box and we're not detecting any errors at the moment.
If that doesn't help, get in touch and I'll do what I can to escalate this from our end for you.

Why cant I get subtitles on all cjannels?
.. because not all channels and not all programmes have subtitles.
