No sound on any channel

The sound has just gone on the tv. Great picture but no sound on any channel.  Have rebooted twice t no avail.

Do you get sound from OnDemand? How about recorded programmes?

No I get no sound at all, on demand, recorded shows - nothing. I’ve rebooted numerous times but nothing has worked

Hi @Ninnie1 

I lost all sound on my V6. The only way to get it back was to do a bit of housekeeping.

My wiring is like spaghetti junction. I had to remove cables from all equipment, unplug all equipment from the mains, then tidy up and r-eattach the cables and switch on. Everything started working again.
