No reward voucher for new customer even after 4 months now!

Joined Virgin Media in January 8th 2019.  Subscribed for  VIVID 200 optical fibre & sim only mobile for 12 months. Selected reward - £75 retail voucher (John Lewis M&S amazon.co.uk). Its 4 months now. I called your Customer support Previewfor few times and still there is no Voucher. 

I blame myself to chosen Virgin media. 

Poor customer service Smiley Sad

When were your services installed? We would expect a 16 digit voucher code to arrive 28 days after install.

Got email on Fri 11/01/2019 at 11:51 that my services are up and running 

Got email on Tue 05/02/2019 at 11:51  subject was  "Your gift from Virgin Media - we're ready to send"

What a moron I am say, I still expecting that fake feward.
