My virgin box is only given sound but no picture swapped Hdmi but no joy

Fire stick and other devices working ok

Can you view the TiVo menu system & EPG?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Virgin TV box.
May I ask if this has happened recently or since you got the box?
If you attach it to another TV does the same issue occur?
