When I go into YouTube on my TiVo box and go to search, the bit where the letters are meant to be in order to search for things is blank. I’ve tried resetting the box but it’s still the same. Anyone any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the keyboard being missing on the you-tube app.

We are aware of this and it has been reported, we haven't been given a fix date yet, we will post any information as it becomes available to us.
