No internet or tv service is almost 2week

Iv had no tv or working WiFi for almost 2 weeks iv rang up was told it would be fixed on 10th and still 4 days later nothing is working still but the website says it’s all been fixed and iv had txt saying same well clearly it hasn’t been sorted!! 

 

and as for my bill I was told I wouldn’t be paying for days iv gone with out so when does that come in to effect Anyone? as it’s due out in 3 day and I’m not happy about paying for a service I haven’t had for 2week nearly iv had to add extra data on my contact that isn’t with you due to not having broadband at in the house..

Welcome to our community and thanks for your post.

 

I'm sorry to see you've been having some issues with the services. I've run a health check on the account and can see no issues flagging up. 

 

I can however see that there was an SNR outage between the 3rd July and 16th July.

 

I've popped you over a private message so I can look at the loss of service refund for that time.
