No £100

I signed up on the 28th of November. My virgin went live on the 13th December. Iv even paid my first bill. When I agreed to switch with virgin I was offered a £100 Curry’s voucher which I still havent received yet. Iam sick of ringing just to told to ring somewhere else or getting passed around the call centre to another department. I actually rang virgin 6 times in one day as I was told it would be resolved within 48 hrs.
