I have received my new v6 box today however my TiVo box has been deactivated but in the manual it states if you have an older box than Tivo replace this with TiVo that's just been replaced. And I have no active account 😡
Was the V6 to replsce another box other than the Tivo? If so they have deactivated the wrong box and you will have to phone in and get the Tivo activated again.
