Hello, I have a new TiVo box had problems to install it had to call for help, the guy set the network up to 5g and it worked fine, but the problem was older laptops tv pads etc would not connect to this network as they did before, I rang vm and the lady set it up again so now all other pads etc work apart from it seems to have messed up my other smart tv which will not connect (not main tv), I am now getting error codes C501 ALSO C233, can someone please help, thanks Suzie.
I'm also getting error message C233 - problem with wireless settings. I can't access On Demand or Catch Up. I've switched off the TIVO box and the router to reset and reinputted the wireless connection details, and I even get a 'Connected - 2.4GHz for Link Status in Network Settings. Why can't I access On Demand or Catch Up? Is there something else I need to do?
